Howard L. Schwartz, ESQ., CPA is the Managing Partner of the Law Firm. Howard started his prosperous and successful career with a big eight accounting firm (Deloitte, Haskins & Sells) in New York where he assisted countless businesses with their Accounting and Tax needs. Howard attended New York Law School, in New York City, New York and was admitted to practice law in Florida on November 19, 1984. Shortly thereafter, Howard incorporated The Law Office of Howard L. Schwartz, P.A, which focuses its services on Estate Planning and Trusts, Probate, Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Tax Law. Since then, Howard has lectured extensively at the Florida Institute of CPAs annual convention and local chapters, as well as brokerage firms and insurance companies in the areas of Financial Planning, Estate Planning and Taxation. Howard co-hosted a post stock market television show, reviewing the week’s stock market and economic events. Additionally, Howard co-hosted a financial radio show. Howard overviews all Law Firm Departments to ensure that each department is meeting the expectations and needs of his Clients.
LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Susan Pennington is the Office Manager and a Paralegal with the Law Firm. Over the past twenty-four years, Sue has managed the Law Firm’s back office operations and has strived to ensure that all of our clients’ needs and expectations are being met on a day-to-day basis. Sue attended Westchester Business Institute in White Plains, New York and worked for many years with General Foods Corporation prior to joining the Law Firm in 1995. Sue obtained her Certificate to practice as a Paralegal from the Florida Bar and focuses on Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Real Estate Transactions. Sue is married, has two beautiful daughters and is the proud “Mimi” of two beautiful granddaughters with whom she spends most of her free time with.
